The following forms and information are available at the office of the Clerk of District Court or through the respective website:

The Clerk of the District Court serves the general public. All of the clerk’s records are public records. Copies and certified copies may be obtained from this office. The following fees apply for obtaining copies:

Photocopies	$.25 per page
Certification	$1.00 per seal for certification
Faxing (Outgoing)	$3.00 for first page and $1.00 per each subsequent page
Faxing (Incoming)	$3.00 for first page and $1.00 per each subsequent page. All fax filings must comply with the Nebraska Supreme Court Rules for the Use of Fax Machines in State Courts
